ORDERING
How will tax be calculated in my order?
Within the US, sales tax will be charged in Arizona.
For international customers, (outside the US) all local, state and national taxes are the full responsibility of the customer.
 
I'm so excited to receive my new items! When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.
 
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
 
When is the amount charged to my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as you confirm the order. 
 
What happens in case of returns?
If you return any items the balance will in most cases be refunded to your credit card, less the return shipping fee.  See returns for more details.
 
Are my credit card details and personal information safe?
All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. Fashionisgreat is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your contact information, to the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our websites, you do so at your own risk.
 
USA SHIPPING
 
Where do we ship?
We ship within the continental US, US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, which requires additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size.
 
How long does delivery take?
Your order should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days following order confirmation.
What are the shipping and handling costs?
We offer a flat $5 shipping charge anywhere in the United States on all orders below $100. All orders over $100 ship free.
 
How can I track my package?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.
 
Help! I think my package is lost.
Packages are rarely lost. However, if a parcel does not arrive please contact customer service. 
What if my order shows "delivered" but I did not receive it?
If a package shows delivered it was delivered. Please check your mailbox, your neighbor or contact your local USPS postal office as they have stated it was delivered to you. We are not responsible for unsafe address locations a customer provide. Please be sure to provide a safe address to deliver a package to.
What if my package is stolen?
We are not responsible for stolen packages. If a package is shipped and delivered to you it is your responsibility to provide a safe address to deliver to. If you think it was stolen you should contact USPS or your police and file a police report as stolen mail is a serious crime and should not be ignored for your safety.
 
INTERNATIONAL

Do you pay for duties and taxes?

For international customers, (outside the US) all local, state and national taxes are the full responsibility of the customer.

We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or any other taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
 
Do you accept return items?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will help you. Items purchased from Fashionisgreat are eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 days of receiving your order.  A small number of discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund or exchange.
 
What conditions are acceptable for returns?
Fashionisgreat will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn.
How do I return an item?

Please note, any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

To ship an item back to Fashionisgreat please:

  1. Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
  2. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a box.
  3. Mail your return or exchange using your carrier of choice to:

Fashionisgreat is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.

How long will it take to receive my refund after I shipped my return?
The return process usually takes from one to two weeks, including time of receiving the package at our warehouse to the refund back into your account. We will send out an email confirmation immediately once your return is processed.

How should I care for garment?
As with all fine garments, refer to care label instructions for each style. If you have any questions, dont hesitate to ask us at info@fashionisgreat.com.
